Can i change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, it may be possible to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Frozen and fresh products are delivered using our temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit. This guarantees that your items arrive fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.

Please note that some produce is sold by weight, so your final invoice will be calculated based on the exact weight of the product ordered.

Delivery Information

Where do we deliver?

We offer delivery services across the entire island of Mauritius, ensuring that no matter where you are, you can receive your order conveniently and efficiently.

For orders above Rs 1,500, delivery is completely free. For orders below Rs 1,500, a delivery fee of Rs 500 applies.

Orders placed before 7 AM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 7 AM will be delivered within 24 hours. You can also choose your preferred delivery day at checkout. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Yes, you can. At checkout, simply select the option to “Deliver to another address” and enter the recipient’s details.

Payment Methods

How can i pay for my order?

Upon delivery, you can pay using cash or MCB Juice.

Payment for your order is required upon delivery. If payment is not provided, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.
